Upper Gudauri

Upper Gudauri is the most comfortable and scenic area of the resort. There are fewer entertainment options than in New Gudauri — a few bars and cafés, mostly hotel restaurants. You need to get to the main après-ski area by lifts, but that's not critical. Upper Gudauri is located next to the Soliko run, and many hotels here operate on a ski-in/ski-out basis, offering direct access to the slope. You can start the morning with a cup of coffee on a terrace with mountain views.
